With Beverley’s classes, week by week, you will feel stronger, more energised and in better control of your body. You will flow into movement like water, whilst igniting that special fire in your core.
BABY & PREGNANCY
We've created a number of programs to assist you through pregnancy and early years with our yoga and baby wellbeing classes. Maryline and Sadie bring a world of experience and knowledge to the centre that will help provide comfort and confidence in your parenthood journey.
Our courses have been structured to bring you great value with weekly classes in pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby nurture through music.

STATE-OF-THE-ART
YOGA & PILATES STUDIO
To make our centre attractive to all age groups, we have created a studio that is equipped with all the facilities to offer a wide range of yoga including; Hot Yoga & Aerial Yoga. Using infrared heating, we are able to sustainably control the temperature of the studio to replicate the tropical conditions of India. In addition by installing RSJ'S we have been able to securely set up Aerial Yoga.
